We have started Homiee, with a mission in mind to ease the life of landlord and tenant. There are lot of rental related problem which every landlord and tenant face each day. To point a few, Landlord keep records of tenant residing in his/her rented property, generates rent bills and rent receipts, tracks rental income, conveying a simple message to all the tenants living in his property/building is difficult. Whereas for tenants it is a hassle to convey rented property related complaint/problem to Landlord, keeping track of rental payments, finding a maid in a new locality. All of this is done manually which really is difficult to manage.We are building the Homiee by keeping all the pains in mind which landlords and tenants go through. With Homiee app, all these problems can be sought out easily without hassling around.
