Customized Orders are WelcomeOur production models are designing and proofing based on drawings, concepts and samples provided by customers. We provide samples for customers for review, verification and confirmation before proceeding to mass production. Advanced Equipment Ensure Quality ProductsWe have production workshops covering 6,500 square meters and about 100 employees divided into six departments such as screw/spring/stamping part/lathe part and CNC/shaft/computer gong. We also have 15 spring machines, which can produce compression springs, tension/extension springs, torsion springs, small hooks and other wire forms. As for stamping, we have 15 sets of 10T to 80T punches, three wire cutting machines and a full set of hardware stamping mold equipment. Providing full set of services, including proofing, molding, designing and stamping, we have 13 lathe machines, 16 CNC machines as well as eight computer gongs to help us produce various high precision and complex products.
