Hop Media is a company founded in 2009 to develop a single product, an existing niche music magazine devoted to 50's rock'n'roll music, at that time titled 'UK Rock'. The magazine is now recognised as the foremost publication in its field, and has grown significantly in readership since that time primarily due to moving from subscription-only to newsstand distribution. The magaizine was rebranded as 'UK ROCK'N'ROLL MAGAZINE' in April 2011 to more closely identify with it's core genre. The magazine covers a wide range of styles within what's become known as 'the rockin' scene', from classic rock'n'roll, western swing, jive and jump blues to rockabilly, psychobilly and vintage R&B. Most new readers are amazed that the magazine reflects and reports on a vibrant and growing UK, European and worldwide movement, and the magazine takes pride in playing a small part in that growth. From a very low base, the publication has acquired a significant advertiser base and is seen as an essential part of the marketing tactics of those looking to reach out to rockin' folk.Hop Media is actively exploring other opportunities in the music and publishing arenas, as well as continuing to develop the magazine.
