Hope Community Foundation is a community charity based in Sheffield working to improve the lives and the future of people across the city.We run and are continuing to develop a number of different community projects and initiatives from early years education to befriending support for the elderly and isolated. Our services include: [] Running parent and toddler groups [] Operating an Ofsted registered early years nursery [] Providing support for ex-offenders and their families [] Supplying emergency food hampers to people in need [] Providing volunteering and support to community groups [] Delivering ESOL Classes for Non-English speakers [] Offering educational support for home schooled children [] Befriending services to older peopleWe continue to look at how we can work to improve our reach and impact by working with others and by establishing and meeting local needs.
