Hope Rising is a 501(c)3 child placing agency licensed by the State of Texas. Our mission is to provide long-term care and recovery for minor children who have been rescued from human sex trafficking and exploitation. By working with the State, foster families, and license professionals we are creating a multifaceted approach to help heal, teach, and allow the minors to grow into productive adults. We provide access to therapy, educational resources and life skills training.
