HOPE Support Services is an organisation dedicated to working collaboratively with individuals who are struggling with necessary skills to sustain the family unit. As well as assisting families within the home (including Placement Support), HOPE Support Services provides an Outreach model to young people who are at risk and disengaged from current Placements, or who are in need of support to achieve Independent Living goals. HOPE Support Practitioners are trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, and have extensive experience working within the Child Protection industry. With a strong understanding of trauma and attachment, and working from a strengths based approach, HOPE Support Practitioners implement tailored programs specific to the needs of the client. These programs focus on teaching appropriate strategies across a range of domains, ensuring positive outcomes for all parties involved.
