The platform integrates both proprietary content (provided by the client) and also urban data sets from open data platforms. 2. Pre-built citizen service modulesA library of common city/local government processes that have been pre-coded & designed for the conversational interface. For example, reporting an issue, checking waste collection status, finding parking, viewing road conditions. This library of ‘plug & play' modules seamlessly connect to both the backend system of the client & popular customer support platforms (such as live chat).3. Centralised natural language processing libraryWe centralise our training data as part of our commitment to building the world's largest natural language processing library for cities. By focusing on a specific type of interaction (city-citizen), we can share training data which enables us to improve chatbot intent recognition at an exponential rate.
