As one of Queensland's leading and most respected disability services organisations our 180 strong team of caring and capable staff empower over 1800 people to reach their potential each year. We are a community-based, not-for-profit organisation and have been proudly serving families in Redland City for over 35 years. We foster strong values at work and strive for a world where people with a disability are embraced for who they are and not judged by what they can and can't do. Our many offices are located throughout the South East corridor from Wynnum down to Tweed Heads, and we also have a network of regional partners state-wide that deliver our Baby Bridges early intervention program. Horizon Foundation is a Your Life Your Choice host provider and is strongly positioned to deliver individual-specific programs in the post National Disability Insurance Scheme service environment.
