THE PROJECT "SAFEST HORIZON": A NEW DIRECTION FOR THE ITALIAN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT The project Horizon, that has its points of force in the decades-long experience in field of ingredients and functional blends of the staff, in the technical skills in analytic field accumulated in 10 years from the laboratory Safest, as well as in those of food production of their, present and future, partner, it is presented to the Italian market like one of more innovative reality in the panorama of search and development private society. Horizon Italia, basing itself on analysis and application studies of the ingredients for account of the same producers, puts the objective to find the functional features in all of the food areas. The application study and the development of products in the experimental kitchen annexed to the laboratory, will agree a greater knowledge on the ingredients arriving therefore to a specific utilization in the applications obtaining both greater advantages from their functionality and a creation of a solid partner for all of the distributors and producers interested to a greater and focused penetration in the market. With Horizon Italia will born a well-furnished experimental kitchen that, in addition to put itself at European and Italian food producers' disposal, will look, in a new way for the Italy, towards at producers and importers/food distributors of ingredients in international field.
