In 1999, Horizon Entertainment became the exclusive feature film agent for Tokyo-based Studio, Kadokawa Herald Pictures, representing such renowned titles as Hideo Nakata's THE RING, and DARK WATER, Takashi Shimizu's JU-ON THE GRUDGE and Takashi Miike's THE GREAT YOKAI WAR.In January of 2007, Horizon Entertainment launched subsidiary, Horizon Motion Pictures, to better leverage and distinguish its feature film and television product lines.
