Our goal at Horizon is to provide a pathway to self mastery by studying the mind, body, and spirit as a complete system. We can do that by keeping our class sizes smaller than you will typically find at other gyms or schools and by keeping the space focused on the end goal. This allows our students better access to instructors and a deeper personalized study.Fitness is a lifelong study of health and well being. Trained intelligently it will improve mobility, range of motion, and strength. Which is especially important to maintain as we age. Train for success not for failure.
