Horizons Bridgeport closes the opportunity gap by providing underserved students access to tuition-free, high-quality academics, social and emotional learning and enrichment in out-of-school time learning programs. Horizons' community-centered approach puts children on a path to success in school and life.Bridgeport is currently served by three Horizons sites:-Horizons at Greens Farms Academy-Horizons at Sacred Heart University-Horizons at Notre Dame High SchoolHorizons Bridgeport was formed in 2019 to dramatically expand the Horizons program in the City of Bridgeport - growing to four regionally coordinated sites, eventually enabling 1,000+ Bridgeport students to participate in our curriculum.
