Whilst Tom looks after all things front of house, the Kitchen is Will's domain. His approach to food is simple – use the tastiest ingredients and let the flavours speak for themselves. No over-elaborate dishes, just great combinations using the very best produce. Supporting local farmers who share his passion for quality, Will is able to source 80% of his food from within a 30 mile radius. The local suppliers extend beyond the food. Three hand pumps on the bar offer a regularly changing selection of local real ales including brews from North Cotswold, Goff's and Hook Norton Breweries.
