Hortus is a latin word meaning "garden". This word gave birth to the word "Horticulture". HORTUS Consult is a consulting and consultancy office in agronomy, agroindustries, environment, human ressources... This consultancy office has been established in 1996 by Mr Paul JEANGILLE, senior agronomist with experience in more than 35 ACP countries. Its missions widened from vegetable crops (initial sector) to all horticulture sectors, tropical agriculture, environment and certifications (Globalgap, Iso, organic), to rural development, production costs killing, management and team building...Later on, sociology and multi-cultural psychology were added with the coming of Ms @Monic NIANG.The interventions takes place in the whole world, with an effective experience in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and Europe.The operational base is located in Southern Belgium, not far from Luxembourg ; with an admministrative and fiscal base in Dakar (Senegal).
