HOSCO began with its flagship product Kurbiskernol or "Pumpkin Seed Oil" and now includes sustainable farming, food production and food systems development. HOSCO also specializes in over 12 types of micro greens it sales throughout the St. Louis area at local restaurants and stores. The focus of the Co-Op is to create sustainable communities beginning with the food system. We believe in applied cooperative dynamics through community education, economics and food production.
