Ad Hoc Monumental is a charming and very welcoming hotel in the Xerea quarter of Valencia. It holds a 19th - century building, restored in 1994, on a quiet street at the edge of the old city. Te building was restored to its former splendour with great care for details and sensitivity, revealing and reflecting the eye for classic design and architectural elegance of the owner, Luis García Alarcón: original curved ceiling beams, decorative brickwork walls and geometric floors with Noya hydraulic mosaics. The 28 double and single rooms are full of light and peace. Ad Hoc runs also a splendid small restaurant where you can begin your day trying the healthy, various breakfast or end it enjoiyng the tranquility and the tasteful mediterranean food.
