Hourly Sourcing was started by Alex Mailady in 2008 and is headquatered in Mumbai, India. Alex has over 15 years experience in business operations, from recruitment to sales to customer service. He has extensive experience within the Recruitment industry. He understands how a business works and how even the smaller tasks are important and contribute to it's overall success. Through the years we have helped several companies fill their open positions and with several other administrative tasks. Since 2008, we have grown as a team, gained experience and learned from our errors. We have expanded our service boundaries. Hourly Sourcing now provides services to Recruiting firms, Independent Recruiters, Corporate Companies and Job Seekers. Our services are designed to be nimble, cost-effective and scalable. Our On-Demand Services offers a complete range of virtual solutions, primarily to small to mid size businesses looking to outsource tasks as and when required. By outsourcing your tasks, on either an ad hoc or regular basis, you free up your time to concentrate on building your business, without the burden of expensive overheads. It can be those routine time-consuming tasks that stop you from doing what you do best – running and building your business. You need to be able to offload some of this workload but you don't want the burden of expensive overheads and the contractual obligations of an ‘employee'.
