House of braised is founded by two good army friends, Zheng Zhi Bin and William Tan. Both have know each other since army days and share the same passion for food.Zhi Bin love for cooking was passed down by his late Father. He has been cooking since the age of 16 from Sembawang Hills Food Centre to Old Airport Road Food Centre.William have been in the F&B scene since he left army. He has now 10 over years of managing F&B experience.Not just braised duck, both Zhi Bin and William want to bring good local braised food for everyone to enjoy its full of hearty and robust flavour.
