The Relief and Development House is a non-governmental, non-profit organization concerned with social, relief, welfare, developmental and environmental matters. It provides its services to every needy person without any religious, political or ethnic discrimination. It believes in the necessity of building educational, social and health institutions to achieve sustainable development and apply the scientific approach in studying and implementing projects.In the context of its efforts to address the humanitarian crises resulting from wars, displacement, and natural disasters, and in cooperation with Arab and international institutions, House of Relief and development sponsors and helps some displaced camps in the Bekaa by providing food and winter supplies, and the distribution food rations to the needy through its charity kitchen in Beirut.Its main headquarters is in Beirut, and it has several branches in Baalbek and Arsal, and its charitable activity extends to most Lebanese regions.
