Housecalls was founded in 2013 to provide patients with quality, personalized, care in the comfort of their homes. Sole proprietor, Bronwyn Radcliffe is currently located in Denver, Colorado, and is offering telecare to patients in Colorado and New Mexico.Bronwyn is a seasoned family nurse practitioner with experience working in cardiology, internal (adult) medicine, family medicine, urgent care, functional and nutritional medicine, and as a health and wellness coach. HouseCalls brings patients a holistic approach to western medicine. Recently, Bronwyn has developed a six-month resilience, immunity, and self-empowerment (RISE) program to reverse pre-diabetes, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome. She has studied the science and has curated a program that takes a holistic approach to conquer diabetes. RISE includes -Weekly (90-120 minute) life, health, and wellness coaching sessions in a comfortable and supported group environment.- 12 weeks (2 hours/week) worth of mind, body skill classes -Labs to evaluate inflammation at the beginning, middle and end of program-6 month membership to Dietdoctor.com-6 weeks of remote blood sugar monitoring-Complete physical- pre and post-program-in person if you live in Denver, otherwise online-Specific herbs and supplements to support your body during the program
