We are 'not-for-profit' group in Palmerston North specialising Housing advice for the rental market. We employ two part-time employees. Our advice is free and confidential.In addition to providing advice on our clients' housing problems we provide training and assistance to help other local advice agencies who work with clients who may have housing issues.Housing Advice Centre is a non-profit Incorporated Society.Our charity registration number is CC11390.We provide- Free advice on your responsibilities and rights as a tenant or landlord under the Residential Tenancies Act- Information on different types of accommodation available, including emergency accommodation- Assistance with tenancy complaints and problems.
