The Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah (HASU) provides affordable housing options to moderate and low-income families in Grand and San Juan Counties. HASU helps families realize the dream of home-ownership through our Mutual Self Help Program and our CROWN rent to own program. HASU also manages the Cinema Court Apartments, the Virginian Apartments, the Wingate Village Apartments, MAPS Senior Apartments, and the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8). HASU is dedicated to promoting affordable housing and economic opportunities in the Moab and surrounding area.
