The mission of Houston Behavioral Solutions (HBS) Consulting is to create sustainable, measurable and meaningful behavior change for the clients we serve. We determine the function of the target behavior. We assess environmental contingencies to evaluate for the positive (or negative) influence they may have on behavioral performance. We teach and train for the acquisition of new skills that can replace problem behaviors. We serve clients and organizations from the public and private sectors. We assess behavioral performance and identify opportunities for our clients to improve production and to achieve behavioral progress.
