I'm a strategic HR specialist providing practical, pragmatic and flexible consultancy services for schools, non-profit organisations, and small businesses, in and around the South East.Emotionally intelligent with refined interpersonal skills, I use a coaching approach to engage with stakeholders at all levels and bring them onboard to ensure delivery outcomes are achieved.
