High Risk Concepts and Technology (HR-CT) is a privately owned Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in analysis, technology and training in the areas of: Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED), IED Defeat (IED-D), Homemade Explosives (HME), Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear / High Yield Explosive (CBRNE) and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) operations. HR-CT is Headquartered in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.HR-CT Key Leadership maintains over 70 combined years of extensive personal experience in all these areas, from tactical through the strategic national levels of war to include Homeland Defense/Security and bombing prevention. Therefore, HR-CT formed with the goal to enable our Nation increase Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) preparedness and readiness using hard-won experiences.We know firsthand that innovation and relevance is critical to our -- and our customers'-- success.
