HR Incoming has been conceived and developed by Davide Vieni, a lawyer member of Udine's Bar, in cooperation with the HR Accounting firm De Marco – Canu – Zanon – Gregoris.The idea behind this project is that to understand and apply correctly the posting regulations, various types of know how need to be pooled together: not only one must understand the labour regulations applied by the posting company - to compare them with the Italian ones -, but a significant amount of payroll skills are needed.The accounting know how is what the De Marco – Canu – Zanon – Gregoris firm provides: active in Udine since 1972 it is one of the leading players in its field within Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy's easternmost region, right inside the center of Europe.While the experience on numbers is provided by members of the De Marco – Canu – Zanon – Gregoris's firm on the basis of the needs of each case, the posting compliance is carried out directly by Davide Vieni, the ideator of the project.Graduated top marks cum laude in 2011 from the Ferrara's Law School he speaks fluently english and in this idea found a way to match two of his passions: labour and comparative law.
