We develop AI products for HR. Our first HR machine helps to find the right hire.Our HR machine finds the most important job requirements and matches them with the most important traits of a candidate. The match between job requirements and traits is used to estimate the likelihood a candidate will be a match for the job and helps the hiring managers to ask the right questions during interviews. By combining a conjoint test to minimize social desirability with structured interview questions based on trait activation theory, we break down the false dichotomy of personality assessments or behavioral-oriented assessments. We consider the hiring process as a blend, not a 'this or that' situation. Our algorithms help find better candidates, minimize social desirability in answers, and reveal costly biases in hiring.
