HRD Training and Consulting specialises in development project consulting, Human Resources (HR) consulting and training and developmentThe company was established in 1998 and is based in Pretoria, South Africa. During the past seventeen years, HRD Training and Consulting mainly focused on training and HR consulting and became an established training provider in Southern Africa presenting more than 700 learning programmes to over 11 000 learners and rendering HR consulting services to various clients.Since 2018, HRD Training and Consulting has also been establishing itself in the development project consulting field with the aim of assisting Southern African companies and individual experts to obtain access to funding from international and local funding organisations. Although a new endeavour for us, we believe that we have positioned ourselves correctly for this by obtaining the necessary expertise and also by establishing networks and relationships with other organisations in the same field. Today (2020), we can gladly say that we have already achieved small successes in this area and we are looking forward to other opportunities as we believe the time is ripe for this.
