As a member of one of the biggest HR company in Japan, WILL GROUP, we have in vision to be the most innovative Information Technology Lab in the WORLD.HRDatabank was found in Dec. 2015 and got a successfully fundraising from one of the biggest IT company in Japan, CyberAgent.In Sept. 2016, IT lab in Tunisia was established with another successful fundraising from WILL Group and joined WILL Group in Oct. 2017.During these years, we could have been limited to a small team or we could have recorded growth in a more or less slow rhythm. Nevertheless, HRDATABANK is now a company with more than 30 employees; all this is due to people who dared to take a big picture and act with courage to follow what others would have called "unrealistic ambitions". That's what we expect from people who join our company. We expect to triple our workforce within the next few years and reach a leading international position in independent human resources platforms.
