In 1982, Hulbéia, Director of Hribas Consulting began her studies of the Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Maria (BR), where she graduated in 1988. During that time she did research, and taught course. In 2000, she joined the ITA Master's Program, to defend his dissertation, with honor in 2004, becoming a Master in Sciences. Since 2000, she has been working with automation and control as a consultant for Signaling systems and Infrastructure for public transportation companies. Also, worked in a French Company, in the validation and verification of products and systems, as well as several technical journeys (Argentina, Chile, France, Italy, Spain and Greece) to inspect, install, integrate and commission railway systems.Certified in Quality Systems as a Leader Auditor, performinternal audits, aiming to maintain the overall Quality System certifications, Implemented processes in suppliers aimed at the qualification and certification of ISO 9000.Likewise, in the Safety area, being accredited by European bodies, it supports the implementation of processes in the development of systems and products based on CENELEC 5012X Standards, as well as acts as ISA (Independent Safety Assessor). After 28 years of working in the engineering, HRibas Consulting was established and represents the technical and professional independence necessary to support the infrastructure activities related to transport (mainly railways), whether in the elaboration of technical opinions, audits, preparation for certification, evaluation of solutions and processes, as well as technical analysis of legal aspect related to contracts (arbitration, negotiations) risk analysis. Also, Hribas Consulting gives support for public agencies in the Biddings, composing Reference Terms acording the currents laws, added other technical documents of design which gives subsidies for proponents in the preparation of their technical proposals.
