HRTime is disrupting HR on the Blockchain. HRTime (HRT) is a platform designed to manage employment records such as Wages, Time Tracking, Resource Forecasting, Budget Tracking, Education History, and Skill Set & Experience. The HRT Platform will provide:• Smart Contract Employee Payroll Verification, Approval & Payment System• Employee Background Check • Employee Certification, Qualifications, History, Experience, etc. • Capabilities for executing Smart Contracts (policies, benefits, reward) • Time Tracking to allow for efficient Project Management • Time Tracking to allow for Payroll Budget Forecasting • Eliminates the ability for Vendors to double invoice • Cross Boarder Payments relating to Employee Relocation (international expenses & tax liabilities) • Reduce Employment Fraud for both Employees & Vendors • Increase Cybersecurity within HRHRT's key feature is its Timeline. The timeline represents all data submitted in an employee's record over the course of the records existence. The timeline is the core feature which will allow the user to read and understand the valued information which HRT has the ability to store. Permissions are granted by the employee to their employer. This allows the employer access to the employee timeline. HRT's innovative protocol allows for one point of communication across an organization for any individual user. Records are centered around an Individual and secured with the integrity guaranteed by known and well established Blockchain features like Security and Consensus. The HRT protocol allows an organization to integrate with all Line of Business (LOB) Applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) systems and Human Resource Management (HRMS) systems. HRT will offer global access to the data which is written on the ledger, allowing all LOB Applications to reference and communicate despite the fact that they are different applications which may not be compatible. In the event where an organization doesn't want to use the systems discussed above, they may choose to use the HRTime Standalone web-based application to read/write employee timeline data.
