Our HSE Creators include entrepreneur Judith Williams, top model Franzi Knuppe, moderators Jana Ina Zarrella and Martina Reuter and the designers Marcel Ostertag and Thomas Rath. Our headquarters are located just outside Munich, in Ismaning. More than 850 HSE employees in Germany, Austria, Switzerland ensure an entertaining, interactive and customer-oriented shopping experience. Our network also includes over 2,800 external positions at logistics and call centre partners. We have received multiple awards for our outstanding service quality. In 2021, for example, we once again received top marks in the nationwide award „Deutschlands Kundenchampions". Also in 2021, TÜV Saarland confirmed HSE's excellent customer service for the seventh time in a row by awarding it the prestigious "TÜV Service tested" seal.
