This facility houses eleven research units and provides a controlled environment to evaluate the performance of heat exchangers and enhanced heat transfer surfaces, measure the fouling potential of crude oil and petroleum products, study process phenomena, and more.• Technical support services provide guidance on HTRI technology and software and are free of charge to all HTRI members.• Training is provided through webinars, short courses, workshops, and on-demand eLearning.
