Huabo Thin-Film Technology (HTT) was founded in the city of Suzhou which is the most developed and dynamic area in China, the company mainly focus on providing state-of-the-art thin-film circuit processing. HTTs manufacturing facility and cleanrooms were designed and setup for thin-film circuit fabrication. HTT offers build-to-print service for a wide range of materials and metalization schemes. HTT fabricates circuits on substrates from As-Fired Alumina, Polished Alumina, Aluminum Nitride, Beryllium Oxide, Fused Silica, Sapphire, Ferrites, Garnets, and Hi-K Dielectrics. Metalizations range from the standard TaN/TiW/Au to films including Nickel, Titanium, Chrome, Palladium, and Platinum.
