Huca is a small family run business started in 1989 in the southern Colombian city of Pasto, Nariño. Being close to the border of Ecuador gave the opportunity to start selling local leather to Ecuadorian bag manufacturers, but after an economic downturn, it became more cost effective to manufacture the bags directly in Colombia.Huca was born.After five successful years, the company grew so to get the best artisans we relocated to the capital Bogota, Colombia.With many years of experience and much trial and error, we have fine-tuned the production process and now produce beautiful bags each time. At Huca, we are proud of our achievements and we still strive to produce top quality handmade bags using Colombian designers and local artisans. We love our bags, and we hope you do too.Here at Huca our leather products are produced by a highly skilled workforce whose skills have been passed down through generations.With many years of experience in the exporting of leather goods we ensure that all of our products adhere to our strict quality control standards to provide a smooth hassle free experience.
