We focus on specific aspects across each of these support areas:• Strategy - vetting business fundamentals including product/service positioning and defensible differentiation, revenue model, target audience, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition avenues and product-market fit.• Business Development - building contextual pitches for new client and distribution access, negotiation strategies and PR positioning for the company, across B2C and B2B domains.• Investment Access - building financial plans and projections, next round metrics and targets, validating investment needs and structure, providing access to a relevant set of investors, in addition to investment potential from Huddle (up to $300k per venture).At Huddle, we ensure contextual support to each venture which includes active engagement with a dedicated mentor with relevant domain/industry experience, on a bi-weekly basis. With a keen focus on execution capability, commercial evaluation and scalability parameters, Huddle is an enabler and partner to early stage investment funds, family offices, angel networks, corporate venture arms, to identify and build front runners.
