Steve Huffman, President of Huffman Properties Inc., is the son of the largest apartment developer, Ray Huffman, who from 1963 to 1991 constructed 575 individual apartment buildings in San Diego County ranging from 6 to 183 units. In addition to handling over 350 apartment escrows since 1988, Steve also specializes in the acquisition and rehabilitation of apartment properties. The most recent projects include the 121 unit Latitude 33 Apartments in Downtown Palm Springs, the 30 unit Deepwell Apartments also in Palm Springs, the 124 unit Latitude 44 Apartments in Albany, Oregon, and the 32 unit Del Sol Apartments in San Diego.
