In one of the most significant adaptive reuse initiatives in the region, Hugo Neu Corp. is reinventing Kearny Point as a modern workplace, home to a diverse community of pioneering businesses. Building 78, the first building to be redeveloped under its ambitious multiphase redevelopment plan—and now more than 95 percent leased— is home to a wide range of companies, from craft-food artisans to tech trendsetters to filmmakers.
