HULLY is an enthusiastic, innovative civil construction company that has been operating since September 2015. We perform formwork, reinforcement and concrete work on Civil Construction projects, and are always open to pursuing greater opportunities within the industry. Being a relatively young company has given us the advantage to view the civil construction industry from a fresh, unbiased perspective. This allows us to offer innovative alternatives to traditional construction methods typically unmatched or overlooked. HULLY'S unique attitude towards safety, contracting and work execution flows company wide, with each team members ideas, values and experience playing key roles in defining the way we operate. HULLY believes that the most effective method of successful project delivery is that of a ‘partnership' with our clients and not that of a typical subcontractor relationship. We believe working closely and forming reciprocal relationships with our clients and equipment/material suppliers is the most critical aspect to executing works in a time and cost-effective manner. Companywide we aim to avoid any individualistic attitude and maintain open communication with a family orientated culture. This is achieved through milestone celebrations, reward systems and general empowerment of all employees. This unique attitude of contracting differently is what we attribute to our past success and will carry us into a successful future.
