The Hult Prize is the world's largest student competition for social enterprise. In 2021, HP challenges students to build viable food enterprises that create jobs, reimagine supply chains, and improve outcomes for 10M people by 2030.The Hult Prize is a start-up accelerator for social entrepreneurship, which brings together the brightest college and university students from around the globe to solve the world's most pressing issues. The annual initiative is the world's largest student competition and crowd-sourcing platform for social good, and has been funded by the Hult family since its inception in 2009." This year, Hult Prize presents the Food for Good 2021 Challenge: HP at Yale will provide an opportunity for students to present their ideas for transforming food into a vehicle for change. From Hult Prize at Yale, students can qualify directly to the regional competition in the Spring (location TBD). From the regional competition, teams can move forward into the Accelerator competition held at the UN headquarters in Fall 2021; the winning team is awarded $1,000,000 to fund their startup endeavors and also receives mentorships from some of the brightest entrepreneurial minds in the combined communities of Hult Prize alumni as well as members of the United Nations Agency and the Clinton Global Initiative.
