The Habit Understanding Mindfulness (HUM) Method is a system of applied neuroscience, breathwork and mindfulness techniques designed to radically improve the lives of it's users in 10-15 minutes a day. The system can be used practically anywhere, by anyone, with immediate positive effect.Each fifteen minute session is comprised of three parts, Habit, Breath and Mindfulness. While many of the foundational concepts are based in the research and techniques from different scientific studies and yogic traditions, the specific format and even the administration are completely unique to HUM SoM.In a society facing an epidemic of loneliness and depression, this is a chance to be part of an intimate group experience, which, at it's root, enhances the participants' sense of belonging both within themselves and in the world at large.Mission – To make meditation approachable for every person regardless of background, belief or lifestyle.
