مقدمة:لأجل بناء القدرات والإمكانات اللازمة لتحقيق الأهداف الطموحة "لرؤية المملكة 2030" ظهرت الحاجـة إلى إطلاق برنـامج التحول الوطني كأحد البرامج التنفيذيـة للرؤيـة، وذلك على مستـوى عدة جهـات حكوميـة رئيسيـة وعـدة جهـات تنفيذيـة شقيقـة قائمـة على القطاعـات الاقتصاديـة والتنموية، ليكون باكورة البرامج. حيث يُعد برنـامج التحـول الوطنـي أحد أهم البرامج التنفيذيَّة الممكِّنة لبرامج تحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030نبذة عن برنامج التحول الوطني:لتحقيق تطلعات "رؤية المملكة 2030" في ممارسة أجهزة الدولة لمهامها واختصاصاتها على أكمل وجه وبما يؤدِّي إلى ارتقاء مستوى الخدمات المقدَّمة للمواطن والمقيم وصولًا إلى مستقبل زاهر وتنمية مستدامة، تمركز دور برنامج التحول الوطني حول تحقيق التميُّز في الأداء الحكومي، وتعزيز الممكِّنات الاقتصاديـة، والارتقـاء بمستويـات الخدمـات المعيشيـة التي تعـود بالنفـع على المواطـن، وتمتـد إلى تطوير العمل الحكومي ومجتمع الأعمال والمنظمات غير الربحيَّة.AboutThe National Transformation Program aims to achieve excellence in government performance, improving economic enablers, and enhancing living standards through; Accelerating the implementation of primary and digital infrastructure projects.
