We are a management & consultancy company with experience in: human resources management – from HR Audit (based on David Ulrich's HR strategic model), Performance Management (based on Balance Scorecard and MBO) to Organisational Development interventions (through development centre – based on SHL Methodology) and Assessment Centre (SHL and BrainPerform). We developed an online assessment tool named BrainPerform. This tool is an innovative assessment tool based on the scientific research data provided by Behavioural Neurosciences. It goes beyond traditional assessment approach and focuses on measuring brain capabilities in order to accurately understand and evaluate human behaviours and skills.
