Human Development Monitoring and Evaluation Services (HDMES) is a four-year Australian Government program in Papua New Guinea. HDMES provides high-quality advice and independent monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) services at the program and portfolio levels for DFAT Health Security and Education & Leadership programs in Papua New Guinea (PNG). HDMES enables robust and reliable information to be available to the Australian High Commission Port Moresby (AHC) and the Government of PNG (GoPNG) to inform future strategy and adaptation. HDMES is supported by the Australian Government and is implemented by Adam Smith International and Clear Horizon through the PNGAusPartnership.
