HRPI at Boston University Questrom School of Business was founded in the early eighties as a partnership between faculty and top-level human resources executives. HRPI holds semi-annual meetings during which members participate in sessions on leading-edge human resources topics as well as member roundtable discussion. The Institute also sponsors faculty and doctoral level research, develops case studies, conducts executive development programs and acts as an information resource for members through survey research and our newsletters. We hold two one and a half day meetings a year, in May and October. In addition, we offer a series of webinars throughout the year featuring guest speakers and member company best practices on key HR topics.
