Human Rights Association (HRA) is a youth network which unites organizations and individuals who are actively involved or interested in the human rights work in Georgia. We support the process of development of strong civil society which will have value based connection to human rights, democracy, participation and diversity. The need of establishing the organization was significantly contributed by the successful developments of the Council of Europe - No Hate Speech Movement campaign on regional level in Eastern Partnership Countries.The mission of the Association is to support young people, initiative groups and youth organizations, interested and involved in Human Rights issues in Georgia and in the future in Caucasus region and Eastern European countries, in communication and partnership building processes.Goals/Objectives- Supporting young people, initiative groups and youth organizations, interested and involved in Human Rights issues in Georgia and in the future in Caucasus region and Eastern European countries, in communication and partnership building processes;- Supporting young people, initiative groups and youth organizations, interested and involved in Human Rights issues in Georgia and in the future in Caucasus region and Eastern European countries, for exchanging new ideas and initiatives;- Empowering young people in Human Rights, development of civil society and participating in democratic processes;- Promoting Human Rights and raising the awareness about the rights, possibilities and responsibilities of people;- Involving young people in regional and international activities;
