We are a 501(c)3 non-profit charity, run by volunteers, supported solely by donations!Mission Statement:To protect the health and welfare of all pets in or near the County of Lancaster SC or that may be brought under our protection.We pull pets from Lancaster County Animal Control, vet them, & find them furever homes!We have a fund raiser called CLAWS to raise funds for a medical building & expansion at LAC.County ofLancasterAnimalWelfareSupportWe would love to have our own facility but see a BIGGER need for an affordable spay/neuter in Lancaster County as well as a GREAT need for medical care at LAC. To provide vetted pets for adoption & rescue from LAC! :)!To be totally honest there is NO such thing as a no-kill shelter. A low kill is the best any place can be. You cannot honestly save them all but you CAN do the best for those you do :)!HSLSC Helping YOU Help THEM!
