I do a 'People audit' of your organization and build a roadmap for essential People practices. * How do you lead? How do you get your team to lead better? I provide 1:1 coaching and training design for first-time team leaders and people managers* What types of jobs and functions and teams do you need? What does your org structure look like? How do we avoid hierarchy? How do we work collaboratively? I design job architecture and organisational structure according to the pace, growth, and values you want - including a strategy and plan for scaling. * How do you get the best out of your people? How do you avoid burnout but still yield strong work? I design performance management systems and tools to ensure there is a culture of quality feedback, employees understand where they stand, and are motivated and clear on where they are headed next. * What are skills you need across the organization and how can we develop them across your employee base (current and future)? I build educational products (trainings, learning infrastructure, etc.) to build individual and team skills as you grow and your needs evolve.
