Humans on the Move is an intermediary that connects those with resources to the challenges facing communities that are responding to forced displacement. We bring together the public, private and humanitarian sectors to rethink how we are responding to the needs of the communities that are impacted. We take you off the sidelines, beyond the headlines and find ways that make sense to for you and your organization. We have built and will continue to build deep relationships with frontline responding organizations, ideally with strong local ties to the communities they serve. We learn what their organizational DNA is and what challenges they need to overcome to have a greater impact. We build relationships with local governments, believing that villages, towns and cities, are really the ones meeting challenges and seeing opportunity in welcoming those seeking refuge. Our clients are from the private and public sector. Who have resources, capacity and expertise they want to put to work. Since we do not work for NGOs directly, we are independent advocate on whom work with and where. We match our clients resources with organizations that have those specific needs in the communities they wish to have an impact.Investing in communities responding to forced displacement, provides an opportunity to address the needs of the entire community as they welcome new neighbors. Our focus is to uplift inclusive solutions that address the needs of all stakeholders and are responsive to local constraints.At Humans on the Move, we strive to develop long-term partnerships with our clients based on trust and respect, and use a well-defined transparent process centered around clear communication that allows on-time and on-budget project delivery. We work collaboratively with our clients, and structure our work to adapt to a project's inevitable changing priorities and new challenges while maintaining a focus on the overall objective.
