The 9th Annual Celebrity Hunt for a Cure will be held September 30 - October 2nd, 2011 at Cheyenne Ridge Signature Lodge in Pierre, South Dakota. Known for its phenomenal upland bird hunting, extended season, diverse habitat and all-inclusive hunting packages. Hunter's Dream is dedicated to pursuing a cure for Sturge-Weber Syndrome and other neurological disorders affecting children, and to funding enrichment programs for children with special needs and their families. Last year's event raised more than $125,000. The Celebrity Hunt for a Cure weekend will include two days of morning and afternoon bird hunting and clay shooting, evening festivities with entertainment and live and silent auctions, meals prepared by an incredible culinary staff, first-class accommodations at one of the country's finest lodges, and a chance to enjoy the great outdoors and change the lives of kids with special needs in the process. Robb and his wife, Wendy, have two sons Brady (14) and Hunter (deceased). Hunter's Dream raises money for children with neurological diseases and programs for special needs children. The foundation has raised well over $1,000,000 since its inception, and the research clinic it started at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore was renamed the Hunter Nelson Sturge Weber Center in 2007.
